A. K. Suda, Inc. is a full service naval engineering design firm. We provide concept design and detailed design, as well as production drawings.
The types of vessels include OSVs, yachts, SOVs, MPSVs, tug, liftboats and MODUs.
Our renewable energy group has developed a series of WTIV designs. These are ideal solutions for Jones Act compliant turbine installation vessels. The cost to build in the U.S. compares favorably with that of building a similar capacity vessel in the Far East to other designs. Major components are name brand such as Siemens.
Services range from concept designs to stability, ship motion characteristics and structural analysis of special structures. We perform all disciplines such as hull design, structural analysis, and systems design to electrical power and control design in-house with fully equipped design facilities.
